Eligibility for enrolment

  • all full time employees who are under 65
  • employees’ spouses under 65
  • employees’ unmarried child(ren) aged between 15 days and 17 years old, or under 23 if in full time education   (with valid proof)

Easy enrolment

  • no health examination , no health declaration and no individual underwriting is required
  • one subscription rate for members under the same plan
  • All eligible children in a family will also be enrolled at the cost of one child’s subscription
  • simply complete and return the application form with member details and relevant subscription payment to us 10 working days before month end, the contract will take effect on the 1st day of the following month
