Employees’ compensation insurance

According to the “ECO” No. 40, all employers must for every full-time or part-time employees, take out compensation insurance to cover employers in the “ECO” and common law liability.

Employees in the course of work because of work-related injuries, the employer shall immediately sent to a hospital or clinic registered treatment.
Upon receipt of the accident employers or employees suffering from occupational diseases of the notification, the following must be reported to the Commissioner for Labour:

If an employer is not in the above-mentioned period were informed of the incident, while aware of the incident after seven days or 14 days (depending on the case may be), reported to the Commissioner for Labour.

  1. Employers to pay compensation
    If the injury is not more than three days sick leave and did not lead to permanent loss of the ability to work, the employer should pay the employee’s normal pay the scheduled payments (ie injuries sick leave money) and the related medical costs.
  2. Employers and employees direct agreement if the occupational sick leave exceeding three days but not more than seven days and did not lead to permanent loss of the ability to work, both employers and employees can be written or verbal agreement, the direct settlement of compensation matters. And the employer must pay the employee’s normal pay the scheduled payments (ie injuries sick leave money) and the related medical costs.
  3.
